CARTON ERECTOR
The empty boxes which come flat in the folded position are placed in the cardboard chamber of the machine. Thanks to a mechanism, the folded cardboard is pulled open and formed into a parcel. Afterwards, its lower lids are automatically folded close and taped. The cardboard boxes are now ready to be filled with bottles in the packaging machine.
The machine consists of a main chassis, electrical panel, pneumatic system, safety guards, cardboard magazine and box taping mechanism.
It has an operating speed of 650 boxes per hour.
Format change can be made within a maximum of 10 minutes.
