COOLING TUNNEL
AGORA "Cooling Tunnels" are designed for controlled cooling of fruit juices and products filled at pasteurization temperature.
The process is carried out in 2 stages:
1. Keeping at a constant temperature: In this phase, the product is kept at the filling temperature for a certain period of time and the bottle and the cap are sterilized.
2. Cooling: The product is cooled under control and allowed to leave the tunnel at 30÷35°C.
General features:
- Main structure, tank and water pipe connections are made of AISI 304 stainless steel
- Suction pump filtering system for water circulation
- To reduce the risk of contamination, the bottles are kept at a high temperature for a while with the steam heating module at the tunnel entrance (steam supply excluded)
- Top covers that can be opened for cleaning and maintenance
- When the packages leave the cooling tunnel, temperature is around 35÷38°C (for fresh water input at 120°C)
- Electric control panel made of stainless steel frame
- Easy to use and maintain
