CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
These are the carrying systems specially designed and manufactured for bottling plants for the transportation of cardboard boxes, plastic cases, shrink packages and pallets, especially PET, glass bottles and tin cans. The layout plan is prepared in a way that minimizes the production losses that may occur with starts and stops, taking into account the line capacity and individual machine speeds. The automation of the conveyors is carefully planned and implemented by expert engineers.

They can be manufactured in different properties for different applications:

  • Air blown PET bottle conveyors (air conveyor)
  • Full bottle conveyors
  • Cardboard box, case and shrink package conveyors
  • Pallet conveyors

General Features of Pneumatic Conveyors

The most effective method of transporting the empty and light plastic bottles from the blowing group or bottle sequencing machine to the filling machine is the use of pneumatic conveyors. Empty bottles are transported quickly and without tipping thanks to the air blowing fans.

  • The main body is made of 2.5 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel
  • There will be an automatic bottle discarding mechanism against bottle jamming on the pneumatic conveyor
  • If necessary, 90° turns made of stainless materials will be used according to the layout plan
  • Blowing fans are equipped with antidust filters and AC motors
  • Speed adjustment in blowing fans is controlled by an electronic inverter
  • There is a separate bottle inlet for manual feeding into air conveyors
  • Height adjustment feature (if necessary) to work with different bottle sizes
  • There is a special valve system within the conveyors to regulate the air flow
  • Thermoplastic neck slides are long-lasting and have a low friction coefficient
  • Antidust air filters can be added
  • Fully automatic system can be controlled by PLC and sensors
  • Height adjustable support tubes made of AISI 304 stainless steel reinforced with polyamide ±50 mm

General Features of Filled Bottle Conveyors

It can be used as a carrier set in all bottling lines. Automation, cabling and equipment are included. Lubrication system and drip tray are included in the system.

  • Standard 82.5 mm x 38.1 stainless steel conveyor chains are included
  • 85 mm step for multiple passes
  • Conveyor chains move at ideal speed for smooth movement
  • Fully automatic line control system

Conveyor Structure

  • The main body is made of 2.5 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel Adjustable side supports according to the label area in order not to damage the labels
  • Chain guide rails (UHMW-PE) made of self-lubricating ultra-high density polyethylene
  • Magnetic corner piece made of UHMW-PE for easy maintenance and long lasting stainless steel chains
  • Relays are used for stainless steel guides reinforced with polyamide in chain turns.
  • Central automatic lubrication system. Including drip tray, dosage pump and feed pipes. Height adjustable support tubes made of AISI 304 stainless steel reinforced with polyamide ±50 mm

Drive and Idler sections

  • Drive and idler shafts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Corrosion-protected bearings are used in the drive and idler shafts.
  • Polyamide reinforced drive gear. No need to disassemble the drive shaft for easy maintenance
  • Geared motors are mounted on conveyor main body frames
  • Electronically controlled inverters are used for each drive.
  • Extra cooling fans available for drive motors
  • Cable ducts made of stainless steel are available to keep cables away from damp areas

General Features of Package Conveyors

  • These are conveyors that are controlled by electrical automation and drive motors and are used to carry packages.
  • Conveyor main body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel
  • Depending on the package to be moved and the characteristics of the production line, non-driven relays or driven conveyors can be used
  • Fully automatic control system
  • These are manufactured in a design which will not damage the package bases when the packages stop while the chain is running
  • Galvanized or aluminum relays move without drive according to the slope
  • Conveyor chains move at the ideal speed for smooth movement
  • Stainless steel stop braces limit the guides
  • Height adjustable legs ±50 mm
  • Cable ducts running along the conveyor

  • Zinc coated relays provide steps according to the characteristics of the package to be moved
  • 2000 kg load capacity
  • Tangential transmission is provided via a gear motor driven chain
  • Electric and pneumatic palletization is controlled by the basic electric cabinet
